The Ideal Pastime

I have always wanted to try myself in lots of different kinds of activities. I have tried canoeing and climbing. However, I understand that it's not for me. Who knows, maybe, I'm just too lazy. But now I'm interested in a much more comfortable and not so dangerous kind of sport: I like travelling. Me and my friends travel a lot around the country, especially in summer. Sometimes I go abroad with my parents. Our dream is to travel around the whole world! However, different trips and journeys can last for only two or three weeks. And how to visit various states and cities without going anywhere from your own room? Just read books! They help you to travel in such a different but fantastic way: you can see the world in the eyes of the writer. And one day I will sit all day at home and read, read, read. Believe me, it won't be worse than just travelling. People who know this secret may learn much more about the world than some ordinary backpackers and tourists.
